The roast
Born in Kyoto. Built by fire. Hojicha is Japanese green tea roasted over high heat until it turns reddish-brown, trading grassy bite for toasty, caramel warmth. Ours starts with carefully roasted Japanese tencha.

Roasted Japanese tencha with deep notes of dark chocolate, toasted caramel and freshly roasted coffee, and a smooth, toasty finish.

Our most balanced and smooth variety: mild bitterness, a rich creamy body and standout hazelnut and chocolate undertones.

A bold umami profile with well-rounded cashew undertones, soft floral notes and a subtle natural sweetness.

Prized for high umami and natural sweetness: deep, savory layers of walnut and a smooth, velvety almond finish.

Both. Its bold, velvety body is made for rich, creamy lattes, and it is just as good as a comforting cup enjoyed straight.

Straight: whisk 2–4g into hot water.
