REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
- To begin a return please send your order number and your full name and reason to support@chazoku.com
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
