Shipping Policy & Free Shipping offers

  • All orders qualify for 5-12 Days shipping through USPS or DHL, UPS, and FEDEX calculated at checkout
  • For custom shipping rates and details please send us a message to support@chazoku.com with your inquiry.
  • We can forward shipments to forwarding companies at your request. Please send us an email with your inquiry.
  • We also offer expedited 1-5 days via UPS Shipping for an additional price calculated at the checkout.
  • We strive to offer same day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays. If you order Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • International shipping is calculated by location and weight on checkout screen.
  • If your item is damaged, disfigured, or leaking powder upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, call or visit your associated mail carrier office and provide them with your tracking number for recovery. Chazoku LLC is not responsible for lost packages after declared "delivered" by the postal service utilized.
  • Chazoku is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the postal carrier. 
  • Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume and unexpected carrier delays and weather events. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
